Change a shortcut

Open Settings and go to Shortcuts. Shortcuts are grouped into Dictation, Dictation Sessions, and Copy & paste.

To change one, click its keys and press the new combination. Click Cancel to keep the current one. Every shortcut except fn needs at least one modifier key, such as Option or Cmd. If the combination is already used by another Confer shortcut, Confer shows Already in use and keeps the old one.

To go back to the original shortcuts, click Reset to Defaults.

While a Confer shortcut is assigned, that key combination is reserved for Confer. For example, with the defaults, Option + C won't type ç in other apps.
